Spacious two bedroom apartment on third floor of the historic Masengill building facing Main Street in beautiful downtown Johnson City. Built in 1903 this beautiful remodeled historic building is located on the corner of E. Main and South Roan Street. Walk out of the building and you are steps away too all downtown Johnson City has to offer. Access to shopping at the Generalist a retail co-op on our first floor, a wonderful throw back to the days of a General Store but so much more, three local craft breweries, Dos Gatos coffee shop located next door, along with exceptional restaurants like The Label, Juan Saio ,and Southern Craft Barbecue all within a one block walking distance. Nightlife, pool halls, live music, are literally less than 100 yards out the door! Do you like rafting, fishing, biking or hiking? Great, those are within ten minutes or less, not to mention East Tennessee State University is approximately 10 minutes away.
